In an earlier meditation, I visualized myself with wings on my arms, and flying upward with powerful strokes. I now imagine my mind and heart being uplifted in the same way. Music running through my head: a Celtic dance and the song “By and By.” They have completely different rhythms, but somehow weave in and out together inside my head, in time with the strokes of my wings. I imagine my aura expanding, and attracting all good things to me. I feel lighter and more radiant.
